Shipping and returns


VAT and Shipping costs are calculated during check out. All delivery costs are including packaging, handling and , if needed, preparation of customs documents.

When you are living outside the EU, then you can order your Powfinder board Tax Free! Customers from outside the EU do not have to pay the price including 21% VAT. VAT free prices are shown on all our product pages.

Another option is order your Powfinder at our retail partner snowcountry: the most convenient and cost effective way to order your Powfinder when you are ordering from outside the European Union.

Customers living in the Netherlands and Belgium will have their order in 1 or 2 working days. Delivery to European Countries  - including Norway and Switzerland-  will take an average 3 to 4 working days. 

All orders will be sent out insured and come with a tracking number and a link to the courier service tracking.If you haven't received a tracking email, contact us to receive your tracking info. It might take up to 24 hrs to obtain the actual status.

Powfinder has a 21 days returns policy from the date of delivery to return any product you bought on

Keep in mind that any real usage of the product will void your return rights. Only products in mint condition and intact product-packaging can be returned. If you have any doubts or questions about this, feel free to contact us.

Send a return request
The easiest way is to drop us an email and state an answer to the following questions: Which product do you wish to return? What is the reason of the return? Don't forget to mention your order number and date of purchase

Packing your product
We advise you to re-use the packaging box in which you got your board from us. Please make sure all 'old' shipment stickers are removed to prevent confusion at the parcel service. Please include a note with your request (refund or different product) in the package so our beloved CRO (Chief Returns Officer) can handle your request smoothly.

If you are returning from outside the EU, please mention this is a return shipment with customs value €0,-

Return Costs
You will have to cover the full return costs. Delivery costs may differ from company to company. We recommend to get informed on different delivery services which you may find online. This way you may find the most affordable and convenient courier service for your return. Don't hesitate to contact us  We ship our boards worldwide and can help you organize everything for a smooth return. 

When returning your package we recommend that you use a good track and trace delivery, as we take  no responsibility for lost or delayed returns. We will only assume the responsibility of the package when it has arrived at our beloved CRO (Chief Returns Officer). You will be informed by E-mail as soon as we have received it.
